As winner of the Queensland Australian of the Year Award 2005, Bill Bristow Founder and Chairman of Angel Flight Australia has been recognised for his dedication and commitment to Australia’s less fortunate by instigating and building this successful and badly needed community service. Bill's interest
in flying began in 1970 and he has flown since then. Bill has turbine,
multi engine, fixed wing and helicopter ratings as well as glider
and command instrument rating.
