Comment by Robert

"Well the morning flight was not too bad, it was calm with a head wind of about 30 kts with the trip back to Bankstown on schedule.

Then came the afternoon mission back to Wellington - a bit more interesting with 45kts winds and a sigmet current for servere turbulance, this was to deteriate as the time went by. We waited for our clearance, and after 21 minutes I decided we would depart VFR and stay below control steps.

Anyway we chucked around all the way there and all the way back but little Tom managed to sleep all the way home. Lucky I guess!"
