INITIAL TRIP REQUEST

Baby girl Sarita is a long term inpatient at Sydney Children's Hospital, and was required to stay for another 4-5 months for immunodeficiency treatment. Her Mother is constantly by her side in Sydney. This is a compassionate flight for her Father Jason and sister Mia who live in Wagga Wagga to come visit.

"My first Angel flight went very well. Our Earth Angel Colleen arrived on time with Jason and his daughter, Mia. Mia was obviously a little upset to be leaving her Mum and sister till the next time they visit. Still, a brave little smile! A smooth flight ensued, assisted by my co-pilot and wife, Lyndon. A pleasure to help out such a nice pair! "
