SUBSEQUENT TRIP REQUEST: 20th and 21st flights.

Twenty-one month old Tyana from Redcliffs VIC was born premature and has substantial developmental delay. She has poor weight gain, requires tube feeding and is also being considered for a Cochlear implant as she has severe hearing loss.

This Angel Flight was for Tyana to have her Cochlear implant.
