Seven year old Gavin from Verona NSW (near Bega) has Down Syndrome. He has previously had open heart surgery and requires ongoing appointments at the Royal Far West Health Scheme in Sydney.

This Angel Flight was for one of those trips.

"Little Gavin was his usual cheerful self after a week of treatment in Sydney and took great pleasure in "helping" me fly him, his Mum and their support person Carly, home from the co-pilot seat. We had a mixture of sunshine and rain on the journey but managed to land at Moruya right on time to be met by Gavin's Nan and one of his brothers for another exciting and loving reunion for their drive home.
