INITIAL TRIP REQUEST

Ten year old Shannai from Kempsey was diagnosed with Addisons Disease which is a disorder of the body's organs and tissues. This causes muscle weakness and fatigue in the patient making a long road journey arduous and uncomfortable.

Her mum Roslyn is also a single parent with other children so Angel Flight gave them a return trip on the same day to ease the burden on the family.
