Thirty-five year old Kim from Mildura required travel to Melbourne for treatment of breast cancer, including chemotherapy and radiotherapy. This Angel Flight saved her a financially and physically taxing journey from Mildura to Melbourne.

"My first Angel flight was an uneventful pleasant flight up to Mildura, where after re-fueling the aircraft, I went to the main terminal and met up with Tara and her two year old Tyana. Also introduced myself to Kim, who was waiting inside with her husband.

We had a pleasant flight back mainly sitting on top of cloud, arriving at Essendon we had a bit of trouble getting throught the turnstile with the pusher but once in the main terminal Kims parents were there to pick her up and ground angels there for Tara and Tyana. Thoroughly enjoyed the flight with the knowledge of helping someone less fortunate than myself."
