SUBSEQUENT TRIP REQUEST: 16th and 17th flights.

Twenty-one month old Tyana from Redcliffs VIC was born premature and has substantial developmental delay. She has poor weight gain, requires tube feeding and is also being considered for a Cochlear implant as she has severe hearing loss.

This Angel Flight was for an outpatient appointment at the Royal Victorian Eye & Ear Hospital.

"Poor weather conditions at Departure point and enroute. Flight went well regardless with an on time arrival. ATC very helpful with diversions, vectoring and traffic advice. Tyana is an excellent 2 year old passenger and did not cry or worry throughout the flight. A nice family well worthy of our support."
