SUBSEQUENT TRIP REQUEST: 7th and 8th flights.

Eight year old Grace from White Cliffs has had to travel a long distance to the Royal Far West Childrens Health Scheme since 2002 to receive ongoing therapy services and specialist medical care.
She was diagnosed after birth with mild Cerebral Palsy and communication difficulties.

This Angel Flight was for Grace to attend speech/occupational therapy reviews and to see a paediatric eye specialist in Sydney.
