SUBSEQUENT TRIP REQUEST: 15th & 16th Angel flight.

Ten year old Sarah from Queanbeyan has recently been diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia. She requires regular chemotherapy in Sydney.

This Angel flight was to take her and her mother Cindy to Sydney, as the long distance and Sarah's compromised immune system meant that road travel was inappropriate.
