SUBSEQUENT TRIP REQUEST: 4th Angel flight.

Fifteen year old boy Kausik has been receiving treatment for some months at Westmead Hospital for Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia. He has spent some time with his family in Port Macquarie. This Angel flight was to return him to Westmead for further chemotherapy.
