SUBSEQUENT TRIP REQUEST: 5th & 6th Angel flights.

Sixty-five year old Jacqueline, a resident of Yarrawonga, requires chemotherapy for colon cancer on a weekly basis for the next six months. The three day round trip she is currently doing by car is very taxing both physically and financially and will become even more arduous as the treatment continues. The chemotherapy treatment takes just over an hour. This Angel flight aleviated Jacqueline of her three day round trip by car.

"An early start saw us arrive at Yarrawonga just before 08:00. Jacquie was ready and waiting. With a warm, open and fun filled face as I stepped down from the Queenair she quipped "Goodness, the plane's just keep getting bigger, I'll be in a DC10 next!!" She settled down straight away and was keen to be up and going. We were airborne just after 08:00 and on the ground at Essendon a tick after 10:00. The trip was fantastic. I think it's the best flying weather I've had since I started with Angel Flight. What's wrong, I'm not used to this?? Best Wishes to Jacquie for a full recovery. A very likeable lady."

"Clients both said that they havent received their Angel Bears - seems hard to believe! I was 15 mins late due to being held up over Lilydale awaiting a clearance, apart from that the flight went off without a hitch, as planned. Merry Xmas to you all see you in the new year. Thanks for the opportunity to fly."
