SUBSEQUENT TRIP REQUEST: 3rd Angel flight.

Fifteen year old boy Kausik has been receiving treatment for some months at Westmead Hospital for Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia. This Angel flight was so he and his family could go back home to Port Macquarie for a few days before returning to Westmead for further chemotherapy.
