INITIAL TRIP REQUEST: Twenty-one day old Jolie was born with a cleft palate and requires a medical and surgical consultation at the Westmead Children's Hospital. This Angel flight was to take Jolie and her mother Cynthia to the hospital.

"Mission 731 went well, Cynthia and Jolie (very cute!) were about half an hour late but I suspect they were working on 8:00 am departure from Orange. I was told it was brought forward to 7:30. The baby could not be strapped into the infant capsule as the strap around the baby was too short. It's probably a good idea to advise the parents that the capsules must have all the straps and that the baby must be able to be strapped into the capsule."
