Angel flight by Peter Stacey
First
Angel flight for Peter.
"The Alexanders are a wonderful caring family and have been dealt a real hard blow. The two daughters are very polite and great young ladies. Zoe handled the busy day very well considering.
We departed Jandakot a little after 2:00 o'clock. The weather was broken cloud most of the way. IFR was the best option. A Fremantle instrument departure of Jandakot gave the girls a great view of the City before going into cloud. Our altitude on the way was 8000, a few thousand feet above the cloud to get the smoothest ride for Zoe.
On arrival at Geraldton, the Guardian reporter and a relation were waiting.
I would just like to thank the Angel
Flight team for all the time and effort in supplying
the information and providing the assistance for my
first Angel flight. I can assure you that the experience
is profound and I feel very privileged to be involved.
As I stated, the Alexanders are very special people.
Once again thanks."
